What moves your soul and captivates your mind?
As a historical writer, I find inspiration in the
most unlikely sources.
Black tree limbs reaching to the bleak November sky.
The forgotten calico dress hanging in an unassuming antique store.
Snippets of everyday life scribbled on the back of a disregarded postcard.
Even the most ordinary item holds a story. And every story, if we look deep enough, teaches a lesson about life. About love. About faith.
These are the stories I long to tell ... stories of how the ordinary becomes extraordinary.
